Christmas and the Christmas Lights Hero

Who said you can't enjoy your 'merry christmas' on guitar hero? This video by Ric Turner definitely is a gamer's dream, well for some, and a cool trip for others. The Christmas holiday is definitely around the corner. Read more to check out the video.

Here is a brief explanation of how he was able to make the christmas lights go with the game's guitar sequence and music:
"Christmas Light Hero is using 7 light controllers from Light-O-Rama built from kits to control 21,268 lights and LEDs. Each controller has 16 outputs and 2-3 TTL level control inputs that are used by the game system to fire different programmed light sequences depending on what happens in the game."

All these was possible because of Ric Turner's imagination and the fact that Turner used to be part of Disney's Special Effects Imagineering. Dubbed as Christmas Lights Hero, this cool real life christmas game uses 21,268 bulbs as stated on The Daily What and if you want to delve into the details, the full explanation can be seen from Makezine.
