LED, LCD or Plasma? Cyber Monday catch up

Now which entertainment screen would you go for? An LCD, the LED TV or the Plasma?

Differentiating, a Plasma TV provides great viewing angles, high pixel response time, which is definitely great when watching sporting events or anything that requires fast movement. They come in different sizes and models that allows consumers to have more choices. Downside though is that the tend to have pixels burnt out which affects the last color sticking onto the screen even if the scene has changed. Repair is also quite pricey for the Plasma.

LCD screens
have very little chance of a pixel burn-in problem. They also can have a brighter image compared to plasmas or LED TV's and are lightweight with a cooler running temperature. Some disadvantages include slower reaction time to fast moving images and colors, and may have a lower contrast ratio for colors; meaning it may not have as clear of an image as some plasma screens. Many LCD TV's tend to be a bit more expensive than some plasma televisions, although this trend is starting to change. LCD's have virtually the same lifespan of Plasma TV's, approximately 30-60,000 hours.

Last is our LED TV. They are more of an upgrade to our current LCD and Plasma screens. It uses backlight technology that creates a clearer and more defined image. The colors are shown better like blacks that appear black than grey-ish as compared to LCDs.
