Sony demonstrates 3D gaming at CES 2010 with a handful of games. 3D imagery is already available in cinemas with which the world of Pandora from the movie Avatar was recently lauded for.
Given the 3D environment, gamers are now put into the surreal world of the game itself. Games like Avatar, Stardust HD and Wipeout were among the demos presented by Sony.
With the 3D gaming, consumers will have to purchase a separate tv/screen. Sony mentioned purchasing an LH or LX series display. These 3d-capable tv's have 2 shutter lenses to bring about the 3D environment.
